BRANCH MANAGER
This is an experienced level position for a Branch Manager of a equipment rental and material supply yard.  The position will
entail hands-on operation and management of all facets of the facility including management of equipment and other assets,
purchase of inventory, working with customers and vendors, supervising staff and dispatching deliveries.  The candidate should
be professional, self-motivated, strong ethics, leadership potential, and have an interest in business management, sales, and a
technical aptitude.  Candidate must be physically able to lift equipment and materials, bend, squat, kneel, and be on their feet for
long periods.  A two or four year college degree with several years of related experience in the construction and/or rental industry
is required.  Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Access is preferred.  The position offers competitive

OUTSIDE SALES REP  
Experienced sales person for outside sales of new and used equipment and materials in San Diego County and the
surrounding areas.  Training of products and equipment specifications will be provided.  The applicant must exhibit
professional demeanor, be highly motivated, well groomed, able to communicate well with customers, and have good work
ethics.  Candidate must be physically able to lift equipment and materials, bend, squat, kneel, and be on their feet and drive for
long periods.  College degree or a high school diploma, multiple  years experience, and computer literacy is required.  Vehicle
will be provided.  Excellent commission, plus salary base, and benefits are offered.

COUNTER PERSON
This is an entry or experienced level position.  Candidate will work at the front counter, answer phones, make counter sales,
write invoices and rental contracts, assist customers with their rentals and material purchases.  Requires instructing
customers, checking equipment in and out, some loading and unloading will be required, dispatching trucks, maintain
showroom and displays and supervise yard staff.   Some driving may be required, and knowledge of proper operation of rental
equipment, and material specifications and their uses is a plus.  Training will be provided for entry level.  Candidate must be
physically able to lift equipment and materials, bend, squat, kneel, and be on their feet for long periods.  The applicant must
exhibit professional demeanor, be well groomed, able to communicate with customers, and have good work ethics.  A high
school diploma, one to two years experience, some mechanical ability, and computer literacy is preferred.

CLASS A DRIVER FOR EQUIPMENT HAULING - LOWBOY RIGS  
Experienced CDL-Class A driver to operate equipment delivery trucks.  Knowledge of equipment loading and hauling with
lowboy or flatbed rigs.  Training unique to our business and equipment will be provided.  Must be able to provide routine
maintenance and inspections.  Clean DMV and DOT drug testing required.  Candidate must be physically able to lift equipment
and materials, bend, squat, kneel, and drive for long periods.  A high school diploma, one or two years experience, and some
mechanical ability preferred.

CLASS A DRIVER FOR MATERIAL HAULING - DUMP & TRANSFER RIGS  
Experienced CDL-Class A driver to operate material delivery dump trucks and transfer rigs.  Requires knowledge of material
loading and hauling and must be willing to operate loaders.  Training unique to our business and equipment will be provided.   
Must be able to provide routine maintenance and inspections.  Clean DMV and DOT drug testing required.  Candidate must be
physically able to lift equipment and materials, bend, squat, kneel, and drive for long periods.  A high school diploma, one or two
years experience, and some mechanical ability preferred.

MECHANIC
Experienced equipment and vehicle mechanic with knowledge to repair and maintain diesel and gasoline equipment and
trucks.  Must also be able to perform diagnostic and repair of hydraulic and electrical systems.  Some driving and field repairs
will be required.  Candidate must have own tools, and have welding and fabrication skills.  Additional training will be provided for
some specialty areas.  Candidate must be physically able to lift equipment and materials, bend, squat, kneel, and be on their
feet for long periods.  The applicant must exhibit professional demeanor, be well groomed, able to communicate with
customers, and have good work ethics.  A high school diploma, advanced certifications desired, good technical and mechanical
ability, two plus years experience, and computer literacy is preferred.  The position offers competitive wages, benefits and the

SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC
Experienced or entry level small engine mechanic able to repair and maintain assorted two and four stroke small engine
equipment.  Must also be able to perform diagnostic and repair of engines, fuel, hydraulic and electrical systems.  Some driving
and field repairs will be required.  Candidate must have own tools, and have welding and fabrication skills.  Additional training
will be provided for some specialty areas.  Candidate must be physically able to lift equipment and materials, bend, squat, kneel,
and be on their feet for long periods.  The applicant must exhibit professional demeanor, be well groomed, able to communicate
with customers, and have good work ethics.  A high school diploma, small engine specialty training desired, good technical and
mechanical ability, some experience and computer literacy is preferred.  The position offers competitive wages, benefits and the

CUSTOMER SERVICE/YARD  
This is an entry or experienced level position.  Candidate will assist customers with their rental and material purchases
including instructing, checking equipment in and out, loading and unloading.  Assist at the counter as needed, service
equipment, prepare and display equipment for rent, stock and maintain material displays.  Some driving may be required.
